My name is Aliyah Umm Raiyaan and I have various roles in my life: Slave of Allah, Mum of 4, home educator, CEO of a charity and Sunday Times Bestselling author and everything that comes with maintaining a home!

Every year, I put together my own personal strategy for the year ahead to aim to achieve goals from wellbeing to health, work to goals and dreams, down to cooking and cleaning my house! The aim is to use my time as per my vision and mission in life. Some things I achieve and some things I don't. Regardless, I can't tell you how useful this process has been to me over the last few years. And now I want others to benefit from it too.

I loved the course, it was a great start to the year and at that time I really needed to sit down and reflect. I was still processing the loss of my mother who had also reverted and the changes that made within our family.
